Consultancy is one of the services offered by the MarEnEx GmbH. We do characterise ourselves by a high degree of flexibility which enables us to deliver on short notice knowing our customers needs to achieve project milestones. We are STCW licensed Nautical Consultants with broad experience in Shipping- and the Offshore Wind Industry. Naturally, that we are also fit and licensed for offshore deployments as per Your project requirements.

• Creation of the relevant Scope of Work for Your tender
• Creation / Review of Your Method Statements and Risk Assessments to create a safe working environment and to lead Your project to success

On Site:

• Client Representatives
• Marine Operations / Coordination Sevices
• Implementation of processes / software tools (Permit to Work, Personnel Manager, Personnel Tracker, Inductions, Manifesting...) to manage complex offshore projects
• Communication with relevant authorities
• IMCA audits (CMID / MISW), eCMID Accredited Vessel Inspector (AVI)
